The Journal of Living Systems is determined to maintain ethical standards for scientific publishing, scientific research, and scientific communication. All parties involved in the process, the author, the reviewer, the editor, and the editorial board, must adhere to the ethical standards that provide credibility in the research process.
The Author's Duties
The author should:
- Submit only original and unpublished papers.
- Avoid plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification.
- Offer proper citation for all references made.
- Report results and findings honestly.
- Represent true scholarly contributions in authorship.
- Declare any conflicts of interest.
- Do not make concurrent submissions.
- Fix any errors after publication.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

Duties of Editors
The editors should make editorial decisions objectively, depending on the scientific merit and significance of the work to the journal.
The journal reserves the right to investigate any ethical issues and take corrective actions such as corrections, editorials or even retraction of articles.
